Cameron and Northlight are AMAZING! Cameron has been professional, reliable, knowledgeable, patient and detail oriented. He assisted us with estimates needed to go thru the long process of requesting payment from from our insurance company due to a water leak/settlement issue. That took many, many months. Once that was settled, he was immediately ready to re-engage and get us started on the primary bathroom/closet remodel. This was a complete gut including closing up a window, adding an exterior door, fixing plumbing/floor issues, moving the shower, modifying electrical, etc. etc. We touched every trade with this tiny space. Cameron was detail oriented down to recommending trim on the tile, providing advice on where switches are placed, etc. He was patient with us as we are difficult and demanding clients and worked with us to keep the budget to the estimate when we asked for extras. Every sub he brought to the house to do work was also amazing, friendly and professional. His demo crew was here the day after we signed his contract and provided down payment and they were done in a day. He's knowledgeable in construction and is just a good human. We couldn't recommend him more (that is, if we ever let him leave)! 😀

Cameron Tall, the owner of this company, is by far one of the most professional general contractors I have worked with in the last few years. We contracted with him to demolish a building and several sheds that were located on our property to get it ready for installation of a new home. He managed the project and other contractors with skill, and worked with the City (even during these COVID times) to obtain the demolition permits we needed. The work was done on time and on budget. When we ran into some issues regarding storing some of the materials we had removed, he provided solutions to that issue that were very cost effective. I highly recommend Cameron.

He was always on time and if he was going to be delayed he had the courtesy to call and let us know. Cameron is always friendly and generally likes what he does which makes a difference between an okay job and a great job done.
